Learn more about Warner Bros. Discovery and their Nordic Productions!

In modern times, the evolution of the film industry has been largely focused on distribution platforms and how we consume film. Streaming platforms are continuing to move further beyond distribution and into the world of production. Join us as we meet three of the most established streaming companies, and hear their thoughts on the future of film and television.

In 1923, Warner Bros. was founded by four brothers. The company soon established itself as a leader in the American film industry. Over the years, Warner Bros. has joined and merged into many different constellations. In 2022, the company Warner Bros.
Discovery was formed after combining the strenghts of Warner Media by AT&T, Discovery Inc and most recently, HBO Max. Today, Warner Bros. Discovery is a global media house that creates and distributes content all over the world.

Meet Axel Eriksson, the new Vice President Content & Programming at Warner Bros. Discovery Sweden, and hear his thoughts on the future of Swedish streaming.
